All parcels will be sent by Sing Post.
For in stocks, parcels will be sent out within three working days.
LOVELYSFASHION will not be responsible for lost mail by Normal Postage.
LOVELYSFASHION highly recommend all buyers to choose registered postage as their no.1 choice.

Delivery options are as follow:
1. Mail delivery
a) Normal mail - Package will be delivered to the mailbox directly by Singpost postman. No tracking number is available for normal mail.
Postage for Normal mail:
1 items: $1.50 FOLLOWING PIECES $0.50 ( depend on weight )
b) Registered mail - Package will be delivered directly to the address doorstep by Singpost postman. Tracking number is available. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip behind
in the address mailbox for collection at the nearest post office.
Postage for Registered mail:
1 - 2 items: $3.50 FOLLOWING PIECES $0.50

-f.o.c at eunos during week days.
Free Normal Postage will be included for those stated on their titles.
2. can lovelysfashion reserve items?
yes i do reservation for my instock only.. and only for 1 weeks after which no confirm answer i will let go the piece to others without notice.
3. do loveysfashion owner travel to other place?
No.. All meet up to my convenience only..

4. can help me pay for pre order stuffs first?
sorry i cant help you pay for it first.. unless you have a half deposit of the amount you bought after which the stock has reach my side please collect within 2 weeks and pay for the rest...
5. is all lovelysfashion item free size?
yes all is free size and measurement is listed down too..

6. CAN I EXCHANGE CAUSE I CANT WEAR, I DONT LIKE THE PIECE?
sorry no.. i wont accept exchange as all items is true to picture.. if not i will mail it to you and let you know the actual piece..
